Ambassador (ret.) Yoram Ettinger

A leading expert on U.S.–Israel relations, Middle East affairs, and Jewish-Arab demography, Yoram has spent over 40 years advising legislators, diplomats, journalists, and community leaders. Ettinger served as Israel’s Consul General in Texas, Ambassador for Congressional Affairs, and Director of the Government Press Office. He co-founded the America-Israel Demographic Research Group, documenting key trends in Judea and Samaria. His insight shapes policy debates and helps audiences understand the strategic importance of Israel and its heartland.

Gideon Sa’ar

Currently Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sa’ar has been a leading voice in Israeli public life for decades. He previously served as Minister of Education and Minister of the Interior, shaping national policy and advancing Israel’s interests at home and abroad. His insight into Israel’s strategic and political challenges brings rare depth to the conversation on Judea and Samaria.

This series is dedicated to the memory of Gabi Harow, a devoted Zionist deeply committed to strengthening Jewish life in Judea and Samaria. Gabi served as Vice President for Resource Development at Ariel University, and previously as CEO of the Gush Etzion Foundation, a member of the Nokdim community board, and worked with Regavim. Known for his humility, determination, and warmth, his life was guided by service, clarity of principles, and an unwavering dedication to the Jewish people and their homeland. A passionate advocate for Judea and Samaria, Gabi conceived and championed this webinar series, leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.
